Dubai aims to plant approximately 3.5 million trees and expand its green spaces to 187 square kilometres by 2040, as part of a comprehensive urban development vision unveiled by the municipality. AI is allowing Abu Dhabi government employees to redirect around 280,000 working hours annually from routine processing to complex cases requiring human judgement and expertise, as the emirate shifts its focus from training staff to measuring how technology changes the way they work.
