DUBAI, 6th August, 2026 (WAM) — Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower) reported first-half revenue of AED1.519 billion, up 4.5 percent from a year earlier, while net profit after tax rose 16.2 percent to AED468 million. EBITDA reached AED773 million, reflecting year-on-year growth of 7.5 percent, while profit before tax amounted to AED514 million, an increase of 16.2 percent compared to the first half of 2025. AJMAN, 6th August, 2026 (WAM) — The total number of real estate transactions in the Emirate of Ajman during July reached 1,517, with a combined value of AED1.65 billion. Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said the trading volume amounted to AED1.08 billion across 1,296 transactions. He added that 138 mortgage transactions were recorded with a total value of AED341 million, with Al Jurf Industrial 1 registering the highest single mortgage transaction at AED20.9 million. ABU DHABI, 5th August, 2026 (WAM) — ADNOC Distribution delivered record first-half results, with net profit rising 59 percent year-on-year (YoY) to $568 million and reported EBITDA increased 39 percent to $786 million, reflecting strong operational performance and inventory gains during the period. Underlying EBITDA increased 14 percent YoY to $603 million. Performance was supported by record fuel volumes, continued network expansion, inventory gains and sustained growth in the higher-margin non-fuel retail (NFR) segment. DUBAI, 5th August, 2026 (WAM) — Emirates and South African Airways (SAA) on Wednesday announced an expansion of their codeshare partnership, enabling access to nine cities and establishing the start of a reciprocal codeshare agreement between both carriers. The expanded partnership opens more destinations across central and southern Africa, simplifying connectivity for customers.
