A 20-year-old Emirati student from Ras Al Khaimah died from her injuries following a road accident on Al Dhaid Road while returning with a fellow student from UAE University in Al Ain, Al Khaleej newspaper reported early on Monday. According to the report, the student, identified only by her initials (B.D.K.A.), was travelling with a classmate when a fuel tanker veered out of its lane and collided with the side of their car, where she was seated. SHARJAH, 18th October, 2026 (WAM) — The third-quarter report for 2026 issued by the Sharjah Foundation to Support Pioneering Entrepreneurs (Ruwad), affiliated with the Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD), revealed that the foundation financed 10 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a total of AED3.727 million.
